My AMAZING Mnet Countdown Experience (and how you can have one too)

The last time I wrote a blog about my Mnet Countdown experience back in 2015 it was fairly negative (half the line-up pre-recorded and didn’t show up for the live, security tried to pull me out of the crowd for being “too tall”) but my 3 experiences in the last month attending to see INFINITE have been fantastic, so I wanted to make sure there was a positive post on my blog. Additionally, I also wanted to share as much info with any people interested, that way you guys can all have an amazing experience and see your faves one day too. I’ve done my best to include questions I hear frequently along with some bonus tips.

Meet Me in the Pit: A VIP Fan Account of Big Bang's Sydney MADE Concert

[Just For Fun] JYP's SIXTEEN Analysis and Prediction for Twice.

Over the last year I swear I've followed rookie formations more than I follow already debuted idols and one I've had my eye on is JYP's girl group.

Originally meant to debut under the name 6Mix, JYP has experienced last minute member changes with the departure of Lena (who you may remember from Sunmi's Full Moon) and Cecilia (Chinese Australian from Got 7's Girls Girls Girls and A MVs) leaving them to scrap plans for an April 2014 debut and head back to the drawing board.

Kpop's Unrealistic Beauty Standards and the Eating Disorders That Result

South Korean idols going to extreme lengths to maintain unrealistic standards of perfection is hardly unheard of in kpop and the latest idol to come forth appears to be KARA's Gyuri.

In a translated comment from KARA's appearance on Quiz To Change The World, Gyuri opens up about feeling big compared to Seungyeon and Hara's tiny figures.

She then proceeds to describe the unhealthy ways she tried to emulate their bodies herself.
